MINUTES <br />REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING ' <br />JANUARY 22, 198 <br />PAGE 2 <br />moved, seconded by Chenoweth, that the City reimburse the Irvings in the amount <br />of $100.00 and if the City obtains reimbursement from the contractor, the <br />Irvings will be reimbursed for the remaining $21.88. Upon a vote being taken <br />the following voted in favor thereof: Baldwin, Ciernia, and Chenoweth, and the <br />following voted against the same: Hard. Motion carried. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION APPOINTMENTS; DONNA DAYKIN, LEONARD BOCHE, AND JOHN DUNCAN <br />Baldwin moved, seconded by Hard, that the following persons be appointed to the <br />Planning Commission for three year terms: Donna M. Daykin, 1507 W. Hoyt, <br />Leonard Boche, 1776 Fry, and John E. Duncan, 1753 Albert. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />PROPOSID CODE AMENDMENT RELATING TO PARKING FOR DELIVERY RESTAURANTS <br />Council briefly discussed Planner John Ubants recommendation relating to <br />parking requirements for delivery restaurants after which Chenoweth moved, <br />seconded by Hard, that tenative approval be given (with recommended changes), <br />subject to Planning Commission approval. Motion carried unanimously. <br />HEARING ON CODE AMENDMENTS SCHEDULED FOR 2/26/86, 7:05 P.M. <br />Baldwin moved, seconded by Chenoweth, that a Public Hearing on proposed code <br />amendments be scheduled for 7:05 p.m., February 26, 1986. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />CONDITIONAL USE REQUEST FROM JOHN L. HURRAY III, 174 ARONA, REFERRED TO <br />PLANNING COMMISSION AND PUBLIC HEARING SCHEDULED FOR 2/26/86, B:OOP.M. <br />Hard moved, seconded by Baldwin, that the Conditional Use Request from John L. <br />Murray III, 174 Arona, be referrred to the Planning Commission and that a <br />Public Hearing be scheduled for 8:00 p.m., February 26, 1986. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />SCHEDULING OF ASSESSMENT HEARING ON LARPENTEUR/CRAWFORD ALLEY DEFERRED TO <br />2/26/ 86 <br />Council deferred the scheduling of the assessment hearing on the <br />Larpenteur/Crawford Alley Improvement until March 26, 1986. <br />ORDINANCE 0-86-3 RELATING TO HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION <br />Hard moved, seconded by Ciernia, that Ordinance 0-86-3 be adopted as corrected. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />ORDINANCE 0-86-3 <br />RELATING TO AMENDMENT OF SECTION 2-6.02, SUBD. 2 OF THE CODE <br />(HUMAN RIGHTS) <br />RESOLUTION R-86-5 RELATING TO INCREASE IN MECHANICAL PERMIT FEES <br /> <br />Council briefly discussed the necessity for increased fees after which Baldwin <br />moved, seconded by Hard, that Resolution R-96-5 be adopted. Motion carried <br />unanimously <br />
