No. 20-06, § 1, 10-14-2022) <br /> <br />Sec. 113-210 - South 215.125 feet of lot 1, block 1, Lindig Addition planned unit development <br />(a) Legal description. The South 215.125 feet of Lot 1, Block 1, Lindig Addition, Ramsey <br />County Minnesota. <br />(b) Zoning Regulations. The R-4, Medium Density Multiple-family Residential District <br />regulations shall apply to the Property subject to the following modifications: <br />(1) The only permitted use is one residential building with three dwelling units. <br />(2) No conditional uses. <br />(3) The building may not exceed two stories or 32 feet in height. <br />(4) Site plan, survey, parking, and landscape plan prepared by Lot Surveys Company Inc. <br />dated June 11, 2009 on file with the City Clerk. <br />(5) Setbacks as depicted on the Site Plan. <br />(6) Design Development plan and elevations prepared by Gaetz Architects dated August <br />31, 2009 on file with the City Clerk. <br />(7) The Site Plan, survey, parking, and landscape plan together with the Design <br />Development Plan and elevations are the Final Development Plan. <br /> <br />(Ord. No. 19-03, 3-27-2019) <br /> <br />Sec. 113-211 - Amber Union planned unit development <br />(a) Legal description. The legal description of this PUD is the North Half of the Northeast <br />Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, in section 21, township 29, range <br />23, Ramsey County, Minnesota, except that part taken for Snelling and Larpenteur Avenues. <br />(b) Purpose. The purpose of the Amber Union planned unit development is to provide for the <br />mixed uses of multi-family apartments and a retail space. <br />(c) Permitted uses and zoning regulations. The R5-M mixed use high density residential <br />district regulations shall apply to the property subject to the following modifications: <br />(1) Permitted uses: One principal structure consisting of 111,640 square feet and 89 <br />apartment units and one principal structure consisting of 59,195 square feet, 39 <br />apartment units, and one retail space. <br />(2) No conditional uses. <br />(3) No interim uses. <br />(4) Setbacks as depicted in the site plan dated September 23, 2019 prepared by Kimley <br />Horn and Mohagen Hansen.
