MINUTES <br />JULY 22, 1987 <br />PAGE 4 <br />DISCUSSION - DAMAGE TO LANDSCAPING AND UNDERGROUND SPRINKLER SYSTEM AT 1)~ <br />BULLSEYE PLAZA <br />Wiessner presented an update on a meeting with Don Orgeman of MN/DOT,Bob <br />Paine of Ramsey County Public Works, and Dennis Hunt, owner of Bullseye <br />Plaza, regarding damage done to the landscaping and sprinkler system <br />during the Larpenteur/Snelling reconstruction project, and recommended <br />Council consider the recommendations made in her memo dated July 22, 1987, <br />a copy of which is on file in the Clerk's Off ice. Following a short <br />discussion Ciernia moved, seconded by Wallin, accepting the recommendation <br />for resolution of the problem contingent upon obtaining a release from <br />Dennis Hunt ending any further City involvement in the matter.
