J MINUTES MARCH 9, 1988 PAGE 3 ORDINANCE 0-88-5 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 4-1.08 DELETING SANITARY SEWER FEES FROM 4-1.08, SUBD. 1, AND ADDING FEES TO SECTION 5-13.01, SUBD. 1 ASSESSMENT HEARING FOR DIGRE (TREE REMOVAL) AND JORVE (LABOR, TREE) SCHEDULED FOR 7:15 P.M., APRIL 27, 1988 Bush moved the assessment hearing on unpaid charges for tree removal at 1358 West Iowa, and labor for cutting up a fallen tree at 1864 Arona, be scheduled for 7:15 P.M., April 27, 1988. Motion carried unanimously. PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED ZONING CODE AMENDMENTS SCHEDULED FOR 8:00 P.M., APRIL 13, 1988 Wallin explained that at the March 7th meeting, the Planning Commission deferred a request to amend the zoning code to allow liquor stores and pool halls in B-2 Districts until after the March 14 Workshop which was scheduled to discuss such issues with the City Attorney. Wallin then moved scheduling of a public hearing on the proposed zoning code amendment for 8:00 P.M., April 13, 1988. Motion carried unanimously. PUBLIC HEARING ON CONDITIONAL USE REQUEST FROM HAN TAN NGUYEN TO OPERATE A POOL HALL IN A B-2 ZONE Wallin moved that a public hearing on the Conditional Use Request from Han Tan Nguyen to operate a pool hall in a B-2 Zone be scheduled for 9:00 P.M., April 13, 1988. Motion carried unanimously. STRATFORD OFFICE PARK UPDATE Gedde informed Council that he is negotiating with Stratford Development on possible amendment of the development agreement which would allow closing on the sale of the two completed buildings and convey the four undeveloped lots to the City. He stated no Council action is needed at this time and the amendment will be brought back to Council if Stratford indicates agreement. ADJOURNMENT Chenoweth moved adjournment at 9:10 P.M.
