MINUTES <br />OCTOBER 12, 1988 <br />PAGE 3 <br />DONATION TO PARK BUGLE APPROVED <br />Bush moved that the City make a $250.00 donation to the Park <br />Bugle, such amount to be taken from the Contingency Fund. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />PRELIMINARY DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT TIF APPLICATION AND <br />APPLICATION FOR PUD GIVEN CONCEPTUAL APPROVAL <br />Wiessner explained that Marcor Corporation has indicated a <br />desire to submit a preliminary application for Planned Unit <br />Development for the Southeast corner of Larpenteur/Snelling at <br />the November Planning Commission, and staff has determined the <br />City's present forms are inadequate. Council reviewed the <br />proposed forms and recommended a $3,000 application fee and <br />$7,000 letter of credit with the option to require more if costs <br />exceed $10,000. A possible alternative would be for the <br />developer to pay $10,000 up front. Council then granted <br />conceptual approval of the documents and requested the final <br />drafts be available for their review at a future meeting. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />1 <br />The meeting was adjourned at 8:13 P.
