<br />MINUTES <br />SEPTEMBER 27, 1989 <br />PAGE 3 <br />and some permanent signs in certain areas on an experimental <br />basis. <br />APPROVAL OF RECYCLING CONTRACT WITH SUPERCYCLE, INC. <br />Baldwin explained that both the City Attorney and the Solid <br />Waste Commission have reviewed the document and recommended <br />approval. P. Chenoweth then moved approval of the contract and <br />authorization to submit to Supercycle. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />STRATFORD PROFESSIONAL OFFICE PARK ASSESSMENT AGREEMENT <br />Council discussed Attorney Ed Bock's letter dated September 14, <br />1989 recommending steps to be taken in connection with the <br />assessment agreement. P. Chenoweth suggested it be clarified <br />that the assessment agreement relates to assessment of value not <br />special assessments. Ciernia moved approval of Bock's <br />recommendations with the suggested amendment. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT WITH ROSEVILLE AREA SCHOOLS REGARDING <br />PLAYGROUND AT FALCON HEIGHTS SCHOOL <br />Wiessner presented for discussion the proposed agreement <br />relating to the City's contribution to the School playground and <br />the City's long term interest in the playground for public use. <br />Ciernia suggested that the phrase "or sells the grounds to a <br />third party," be added to the second sentence in Item 2, after <br />which Bush moved approval of the agreement as amended.
