Chenoweth, Ciernia and Wallin. <br />were Wiesner and S. Chenoweth. <br />MINUTES OF 9/27/89 APPROVED <br />Also present <br />The Minutes of September 27, 1989 were approved by unanimous <br />consent. <br />ADDENDUM TO CONSENT AGENDA <br />Council approved the addition of Item E(8), Awarding the <br />Contract for Fall Street Sweeping, to the Consent Agenda. <br />CONSENT AGENDA APPROVED <br />Council unanimously approved the following Consent Agenda: <br />1. Planning Commission Minutes of 10/2/89 <br />2. Disbursements <br />a. Disbursements through 10/11/89, $25,252.44 <br />b. Payroll 9/16/89 - 9/30/89 <br />3. Appointment of Election Judges for November 7, 1989 <br />City Election <br />4. Licenses: JBE, Inc., #372, Handyman, Inc., #373, <br />Technology, Inc.., #364, and The Rose Bed & Breakfast, <br />#375 <br />5. Request for a Permitted Accessory Use Permit to <br />Construct a Utility Building, Joseph Vavrosky, 1633 <br />Maple Knoll Dr. <br />6. Request for a Permitted Accessory Use Permit to <br />construct a Utility Building, Michael Wolfson, 1375 W. <br />Idaho <br />7. Variance Request to Construct a Temporary Wheel Chair <br />Ramp in Front Yard, Herbert Horton, 1468 W. California <br />8. Awarding the Contract for Fall Street Sweeping to <br />McPhillips, Inc. at a Cost not to Exceed $2,290.00 <br />APPROVAL OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO OPERATE A BED AND <br />BREAKFAST AT 2129 W. LARPENTEUR <br />Baldwin presented a Conditional use Request from Carol Kindschi <br />and Lawrence Greenberg to operate a Bed and Breakfast business <br />in their home at 2129 W. Larpenteur. Wallin summarized the <br />discussion which took place at the Public Hearing held by the <br />Planning Commission on October 2nd and informed Council that the <br />Commission had unanimously approved the conditions established <br />at the hearing. Council briefly discussed Condition 11 which <br />provided for expiration of the permit upon change of ownership. <br />Mr. Greenberg stated that their attorney expresed concern <br />regarding Item 11 also, as the permit would expire upon the <br />death of one of the owners.
