<br />Approve Following resolution, moved by Shavor, seconded by Lindig, <br />Collateral was adopted unanimously: <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING COLLATERAL AND DIRECTING DEPOSIT <br />OF SAYE WITH THE MIDWAY NATIONAL BANK OF ST. PAUL <br />i <br />i <br />RESOLVED, That the collateral as listed in the proposal of Falcon Heights <br />State Bank dated May 11, 1949, totaling Twenty-five Thousand Dollars <br />(25,000.00) of United States Treasury Bonds and Forty-five Thousand Dollars <br />. 045,000.00) of United States Certificates of Indebtedness, be, and it hereby , <br />is, approved. <br />RESOLVED ALSO, That Falcon Heights State Bank is hereby directed to deliver <br />the said collateral to The Midway National Bank of St. Paul for safekeeping, <br />pursuant to Sec. 118.01 of the Minnesota Statutes, and that The Midway National <br />'dank: of 5t: ,~?sul issue t~tQ original receipts stating that they are holding the sai <br />collateral for the Village of Falcon Heights, pursuant to the provisions of <br />Sec. 118.01 of the Minnesota Statutes; and that one receipt be delivered to <br />ā€˛Ralph Van Hoven, Treasurer of the Village of Falcon Heights, and the other <br />receipt be delivered to Clyde J. Stepnitz Spoke regarding development and drainage of the Stepnitz <br />property between Idaho and Larpenteur and between Snelling <br />and Arona. It was decided to hold a special meeting Thurs- <br />day, May 19, 1949, to consider this and other business. <br />Regular monthly Lindig moved, seconded by Stewart, that regular monthly <br />meeting date meetings of the council be held at 7;30 p. m. the fourth <br />fixed.
