Upon motion by Lindig, seconded by Rysgaard, the following reso- <br /> lution was adopted: RESOLVED that the Mayor and the Deputy Clerk <br /> be and they hereby are authorized to enter into a lease with <br /> the University of Minnesota covering the rectangular piece of <br /> land located immediately adjacent to the Farmers Union Grain <br /> Terminal Garage on the west to be used as the location of the <br /> combined village hall fire station, the lease to run for a per- <br /> iod of 30 years from July 1, 19l~9 at X15.00 per year, with a <br /> option of the Village having a 15 year renewal at a rate to be <br /> agreed on, the lease to be in fhe form and containing the identi- <br /> cal terms of the original lease submitted by the University of <br /> Minnesota as modified by agreement with the University of <br /> Minnesota. <br />Upon motion, the meeting adjourned at l:l a. m.
