Mr. Fred Bradford, <br />Special Asst . Attorney Genera 1, appeared <br />for the University and explained the re- <br />quest. <br />Mr. R• V. Akerman, 1611 Hollywood Court, <br />appeared in opposition to~ the rezoning, <br />pointing out that the surrounding property <br />is all zoned Residence District A• - <br />Mr• E. J. Cochran, 1589 Hollywood Court, <br />appeared in opposition to the rezoning, <br />pointing out that since the University <br />has no present plans for the use of the <br />property it should be rezoned to Residence <br />District A. <br />Mr• H. J. Isaksen, 1582 Hollywood Court, <br />also appeared and objected to the rezoning. <br />Mr• L. H. Jacobi, 1583 Hollywood Court, <br />Appeared and objected on the ground that <br />it would depreciate values of the adjoining <br />property to have duplexes and tenement <br />houses put up nearby. <br />Mr• J.
