Mayor <br />Matteson thereupon declared the resolution duly <br />adopted. <br />Lauderdale Share The request of the Village of Lauderdale for pay- <br />Fire Equipment ment of its share of the Fire Equipment Inven- <br />Inventory tory of Two thousand, four hundred and three <br />dollars and ninety-eight cents 02,403.98) as <br />covered at the Special meeting of Village Council <br />of Falcon Heights, held Julyl, 1949, and approved <br />~- by the Lauderdale Village Council on July/3, 1949, <br />was discussed. Thereupon a motion was made by <br />Trustee Shavor and seconded by Trustee Lindig that <br />the X2,403.98, due the Village of Lauderdale for <br />its share of the Fire Equipment be paid. Motion <br />carried. <br />Zoning Ordinance Mr. Graham reported that, iii his opinion, the <br />#2 passed May 31, zoning ordinance, Ordinance No. 2, passed May 31, <br />1949, Null & Void 1949, was nu 11 and void because the zoning map <br />had not been .published along with the text of <br />the ordinance. <br />Thereupon Ordinance No. 7, "Axl Ordinance Re- <br />scinding Axly And Al]. Action of the Village <br />Council of Falcon Heights, Had Or Taken Looking <br />Toward The Passing Of A Pretended !Ordinance <br />No. 2, Purporting To Be A 2or~ing Plan For The <br />Village Of Falcon Heights" was introduced by <br />Trustee Shavor and read. After discussion, <br />Trustee Shavor moved the adoption of Ordinance <br />No. 7. The motion was seconded by Trustee <br />Lindig and the following vote was had and taken: <br />Ayes: Rysgaard, Matteson, Shavor, Lindig <br />TJays : None <br />Thereupon Mayor Matteson declared the said <br />Ordinance No. 7 duly adopted and directed the <br />publication of the same. <br />Ordinance No. 8 "An Ordinance Providin~ A Zoning <br />Plan For the Village of Falcon Heights' vas then <br />introduced 8y Trustee Shavor and read section by <br />section. The zoning map which is incorporated as <br />a part of the plan was also examined. After dis - <br />cussion, Trustee Shavor moved the adoption of <br />Ordinance No. 8. The motion was seconded by <br />Trustee Lindig acid the following vote was. had <br />and taken : <br />
