H• E. Anderson reported he had made arrangeclents with the City of <br />St. Paul to purchase a meter to determine the exact consumption of <br />water by the fire station. The meter will cost approximately X22. <br />Mayor Matteson thanked Anderson for the work done in getting the <br />water from the City., <br />Rechtiene~s Mayor Matteson moved that the resignation of Joe Rechtiene as chairman <br />Resignation of the Public Safety Committee be accepted eFfective immediately and <br />Accepted. that the council extend its appreciation to Mr. Rechtiene for the <br />valuable service he rendered to the village during the time he acted <br />• as chairman.
