Pumping at Fire Chief Swanson reported to the council that pumping Holton de out flooded area at Holton and Garden required working Garden frame 6:30 pm., Sunday, March 26 to 8;00 am., Tuesday, March 26, a total of 38~g hours, during which 130 gallons of gasoline and three quarts of oil were consumed. Moore again appeared before the council taxicab to inquire as to aotion taken regarding their application license. for a taxicab license or franchise. Mr. tl~ise informed the council that Lauderdale had set up an ordinance and would likely approve his application, but that the Yillage of Rose- ville does not as yet have a taxicab ordinance. It was agreed that the clerk should try and aecu re cops ee of Lauder- dale's ordinance for Trustee Shavor and Attorney Graham, with the understanding that Shavor would draft up a proposed ordinance and that Graham will work with him. Wise to report at the next regular meeting when it is expected the proposed ordinance will be ready.
