<br />lots o.k'd for permits on Barthol Villa lots ware discussed. On motion by
<br />building permits. 8havor, seconded by Stewart, the following resolution was
<br />adopted:
<br />RESOLVED, that the Building Inspector be authorized
<br />to issue building permits on Lota 1 through 12 and Lots 23
<br />through 31, inclusive, of Barthol Yilla, since building on
<br />these lots will not interfere with natural drainage, and that
<br />the clerk advise Mrs. Mary Barthol and our building inspector
<br />by letter.
