<br />machine be purchased. Rekstad seconded and motion carried.
<br />Local Planning Shaver reported on contacts he had mad• with prospective
<br />Commission members of our Local Planning Commission as provided for by
<br />appointed. resolution adopted at the April 25, 1950 meeting. After dis-
<br />cussion, Shaver moved appointment of the following members for
<br />terms as apacified -
<br />Lorria Williams - 3-year term
<br />J. A. Gallaher - 2-year term
<br />C. K. Otis - 1-year term
<br />Seconded by Stewart, motion carried unanimously, and Messrs
<br />Williams, Gallaher and Otis declared duly appointed to office.
<br />Status of Firo Chief Swanson reported khat at the clerk's request he
<br />Lyon chair had phoned the Lyon Metal Products Company, of Minneapolis,
<br />order. regarding the order for 100 Lyon metal folding ohai rs. Was
<br />informed that the order had been placed May 8 by the Minnesota
<br />Supply Company instead of by the Auel Equipment Company, the
<br />latter not being a Lyon factory ropresentative, and that de-
<br />livery of the chairs could be expected within 45 days.

<br />unanimous vote.
