~- <br />1 <br />~~ <br />i~ <br />L' <br />IIniversity lease before entering into a lease, a modified rezoning request was <br />(cont'd). suggested by Mr. Bradford, Attorney, representing the Oniversity, <br />with the understanding that the IIniversity would not use said <br />rezoning privileges for 10 years. <br />Firemen's Relief Van Hoven reported reoeiving with the February tax settlement <br />Assn. fund. $24.58 for the Firemen's Relief Association, and in discussing <br />the matter with the Public Examiner's office, they recommended <br />setting up a Fir® Department Relief Association fund to receive <br />and disburse money Por this purpose. Henry moved that such <br />fund be set up, Shavor seconded, and motion oarried by unanimous <br />vote. <br />Fire Chief's Van Hoven also reported that the Fire Chief advised he would <br />apartment like to pay his apartment rent onoe a month, preferably on the <br />rental. 31st or last day of the month. It was agreed to refer the <br />matter to the Fire Proteotion committee. <br />Juhl road Van Hoven stated that Mr. Juhl reported the road on Asbury <br />offered to between Ruggles and Roselawn has been graded according to the <br />Village. County Surveyor's specifications and that it is now ready to <br />be turned over to the Village for maintenance. Van Hoven <br />said Street Commissioner Seaborn Pelt we should first have <br />an easement on the road. Our attorney will oheok the statute <br />to see what is required. <br />Jurgenaon Henry reported receiving complaints about a tar paper ahaok <br />ahaok on on Albert owned by Mr. Jurgenson.
