~~ Communications: The Mayor read a letter from the Youth Conservation Commission, (aont'd) dated May 9, 1950, regarding "Recreational Resources of the people of Minnesota," dealing with a survey made by the Governor's committee on recreation last fall. Officer, Henry Dachtera, appeared before the council in connection with police service calla handled by Dachtera from December 19, 1949 to May, 1950, amounting to X27.74, including a X9.00 shortage for patrol service .prior to December, 1949. On recommendation of Chairman Arndt, Rekstad moved payment of the bill.
