Henry seconded and carried. <br />Bond for Secretary With reference to the Board of Trustees of the Firemen's <br />and Treasurer of Relief Association meeting, July 6, the matter of bonding <br />Firemen's Relief the treasurer and aeoretary was considered. Henry moved <br />Asa'n. that bond be in the amount of X1,000. Lindig aeoonded and <br />motion carried. <br />Stools for On recommendation of Fi re Chief Swanson as to stools needed <br />sleepers. for sleepers, Rekstad moved that the Fire Department be <br />authorized to buy two stools. Stewart seconded and motion <br />carried. <br />Fire truoks Swanson said that due to the drain in the Fire Station floor <br />not level the truoks stood with one side lower than the other. He <br />was instruoted to fix•up a temporary support to keep the <br />truoks level until something permanent could be worked out. <br />Resignation of The clerk read a letter from Osmon R. Springsted, offering <br />Justice of the his resignation as Justice of the Peaoo. The letter was <br />Peaoe Springsted. referred to Attorney Graham who will check the statute as <br />to procedure. <br />Posting places Stewart reported that the National Tea Company will permit <br />posting by the Village on the inside of their store window. <br />The need of a better posting place at Cleveland and <br />Larpenteur was also discussed. Ryagaard will handle. <br />Streets ordered Henry reporting for Seaborn, said a 10 ft. culvert would be <br />oiled. Culverts. installed on each side of the Village Hall driveway with <br />for Village Hall fill and blacktop.
