Shavor reported that <br />proposed building code changes had been referred to the Planning <br />Commission. After discussion as to need of a sanitary ordinance, <br />Henry moved that the matter be referred to Art Lindig for study <br />and report at the next meeting. Also stated that when the lot was purchased <br /> the Township building inspector informed the present owner that <br /> the lot was suitable for building.
