<br />and with reference to alley improvement between Idaho and Calif ornia, east
<br />and west from Arona to Pascal, correction was made that "Seaborn recommended
<br />the alley be improved by payment by owners ofthe benefited property, etc."
<br />The minutes of the August 22 meeting were then approved as corrected. Minutes
<br />of Speoial meeting, Sept. 6, ware approved as read.
