Otis, Secretary, Planning Commission, re <br />building ordinance No. 3, was read and referred to our attorney.. <br />Letter dated Aug. 24 re Village Council meetings on Sunday. <br />Letter of Sept. 11 by C.W. Eckman, of Fire Protection committee, <br />re hfs discussion with Lauderdale relative to increasing <br />Lauderdale's standby fire protection oharge to X75.00 per month. <br />Letter of Aug. 31 with schedule of League Regional meetings, <br />Fall 1950. <br />Letter re contribution of #50.00 to the Ramsey County Planning <br />Commission for year beginning Sept. 1950 <br />Letter from County Surveyor Bronson acknowledging the Council's <br />thanks Por the blaoktopping fob on Garden. <br />Appraisal Letter of Aug. 28 Prom Clapp-Thomssen Company regarding their <br />Village Hall appraisal of Village Hall and Fire Station lot at X7,500.00, <br />& Fire Station together with bill of X50.00 for inspection and appraisal <br />lot. servi acs. After discussion, Henry moved payment of bill and <br />that said letter be referred to Lynn ~datteson with request that <br />he attend the next council meeting. Seconded by Lindig and <br />adopted by unanimous vote. <br />Additional Question of providing adds tional copies of Ordinances Nos. 3 and <br />copies 5 was referred to George Shavor. <br />Ordinances <br />needed. <br />Open House The matter of having open house i!t the Village Hall and Fi re <br />Village Hall Station was referred to Rekstad to take up with the Falcon Heights <br />& Fire Station Community Club and others. <br />Special meeting, After discussion, it was agreed to hold a special meeting at <br />Sept. 21 7:30 pm., Sept. 21, for, discussing budget needs and taxes fo r <br />the year 1951. <br />$5,000.00 payt. On recommendation of Treasurer Yan Hoven, Henry moved authorising <br />on Tax Antics- payment of X5,000.00 on the Village tax anticipation certificate <br />pation carts- with the Falcon Heights State Bank, dated Feb. 15, 1950. Seconded <br />fiaate ~ by Shavor and carried unanimously. <br /> <br />a <br />1 <br />Fund trans- On the Treasurer's recommendation, Shavor moved transfer of <br />fare back X321.20 back to the Street do Bridge fund from the Village Hall <br />to Street and. Fire Station $nnd finking fund, and .$40.15 from the Fire <br />& Bridge. EquipmentBond Sinking fund to the Street & Bridge fund, to re- <br />place in the Street and Bridge fund these amounts which had been <br />transferred out on Feb. 21, 1950. Seconded by Lindig and carts ed. <br />
