<br />Stoss, 1869 Holton; Mr. and Mrs. Conrad Klatt, 1376 Roselawn;
<br />and Mr. and Mrs. Nick Pothen, Jr., 1889 Hamline, all of whom
<br />were present. Messrs. Williams anal Gallaher, of the Planning
<br />Commission, were also present. Attorney Graham explained
<br />provisions of the statute relating to adoption by the
<br />Yillage Council of a street plan for a particular area, such
<br />as recommended by our Planning Commission for the area
<br />bounded by Roselawn, Hamline, Garden and Holton. It was also
<br />explained that the Yillage had no funds with which to purchase
<br />streets, but will accept anal maintain streets if put in proper
<br />condition and brought up to grade by the developers. After
<br />a full discussion, the property owners indicated they were in
<br />agreement with the street plan as submitted by the Planning
<br />Commission.
<br />On motion, the meeting adjourned at 10:30 pm.
