<br />Lindig moved payment of bills, seconded by Shavor and so ordered.
<br />Ordinance Building Inspector Reichow submitted Ordinance No. 10 ("An Ordinance
<br />No. 10 Amending Ordinance No. 3, Entitled 'An Ordinance Establishing A
<br />Building Code For The Village of Falcon Heights." After reading of
<br />the ordinance, Henry moved it be adopted. b6otion seconded by
<br />Lindig and the following vote was recorded -
<br />Ayes -Henry, Shavor, Zti$~adig~$ekstad, Stewart
<br />Nays -.None
<br />The Mayor then declared said Ordinance No. 10 duly adopted by a
<br />unanimous vote.
<br />Hollywood D, J, Cochrane, 1589 Hollywood Cou rt; Carroll Newman, 1598
<br />Court Hollywood Court; and Harry Pantzer, 1603 Hollywood Court, appeared
<br />before the Council in connection with the maintenance of lanes
<br />in Hollywood Court. After discussion, the clerk was requested to
<br />refer the matter to Attorney Graham for checking on Village
<br />liability, if any, for such maintenance especially from the stnnd-
<br />point that public maintenance has been provided for about 10 years.
