<br />Meeting The meeting was then recessed at 8:00 P.M., for the purpose of
<br />recessed. holding e¢i informal discussion of the proposed parking plan for
<br />the business area at Larpenteur and Snelling Avenues -the business
<br />men, business property owners, Mr. J.E.P. Darrell, Safety Engineer,
<br />State Highway Department, Mr. A.D. Crampton, of the County Surveyor's
<br />staff, Local Planning Commission members, and the Council taking
<br />part in said discussion.
