After considerable discussion, Lindig moved the adoption oP the following resolution: Resolution: WHEREAS, the plans of the proposed sohool have been ohecked by Building Inspect or Reichow and oomply in all respects with the Village building code, and WHEREAS, the said plans have been prepared by a reputable architect and have been approved by the various State depart- ments concerned, and WHEREAS, during the course of the erection of the building, the State departments will be making periodic inspections of the building - NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a building permit be issued for the new school and that the Pee therefor be waived.
