After discussion, Rekstad moved, seconded by Stewart, <br />breeze-way that the building inspector be authorized to issue a permit to Mr. <br />permit. Colletti in view of the special circumstances, as follows: <br /> (1) From his letter of April 24, 1951, it appeared that Mr. Colletti <br /> had been given a permit in 1948 to build his home and gargge according <br /> to plans showing the garage to be three feet from the north line in <br /> aecorde~noe with his Torrance title restrictions. <br /> (2) It also appeared that the house to the north will be 38 feet Prom <br /> the north side of the garage and that other houses in this area have <br /> garages similarly located. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br />Approval' After reading and discussing copy ®f Attorney Graham's letter to <br />Juhls the Planning Commission, relative to proposed plat of Juhl's Roaelawn <br />Roaelawn 3rd Addition, the following resolution was ad®pted by unanimous vote <br />3rd Add'n. on motion by Lindig, seconded by Rekstad: <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Villa ge Council of Faloon Heights <br />that the proposed plat of "Ju$1's Roselawn 3rd Addition" <br />submitted t o the Village Council by the Plat Commission <br />of Ramsey County, Minnesot n, by letter dated March 13, 1951, <br />be, and it hereby is, tentatively approved upon condition <br />that the.Final plat be extended eastward to the center of <br />Simpson Avenue and westward to the center of Arona Avenue, <br />and also upon condition that all requirements of the Village <br />of Falcon Heights Planning Commission Rules and Regulations <br />be complied with at the time of filing the final plat. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Village Clerk be authorized <br />and directed to send a copy of this resolution to th,e <br />Plat Commission of Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br />Letters Paom re ~urisdicti®n of Yilla ge in State Fair grounds, as to <br />attorney alleys in Crossroads Court, and rel ati ve to municipal <br />liquor stare location, were rend. <br />
