Sterner in behalf of her <br />to use Hall daughter for use of the Village Hall, the evening of June 8, <br />1951, from 7:30 PM to 10:30 PM, for a social party for about <br />30 high school olassmatea. Shavor moved that the hall be <br />rented for this occasion at a rental ®f #10.00 with the under- <br />standing that the hall be swept out after using. Seconded by <br />Stewart and motion,earried. <br />Ad3ournment: On motion, the meeting adjourned at 12:30 A.Y., May 24, 1951. <br />Approved: erk <br />Mayor <br />INFORMAL MEETING, May 28, 1951 <br />The meeting was called to order at 7:55 PM for the purpose of <br />an informal discussion of the proposed street plan for the area bounded by <br />Fairview, Cleveland, Larpenteur and Roselawn Avenues. All members of the <br />Council were present except Trustee Lindig. Also about 25 of those receiving <br />written notice of the meeting were present. Attorney Graham explained statutory <br />powers of the Village as to adopting a street plan. Mr. C. K. Otis, represent- <br />ing the Planning Commission, spoke on the proposed plan. The meeting was then <br />opened for infor mal discussion. It was agreed to have the Planning Commission <br />revise the proposed plan along lines discussed, and to submit the revised plan <br />at another informal meeting to be arranged at a later date.
