<br /> motion by Lindig, seconded by Henry, it was voted to giee said
<br /> property owners permission to spray thnee in front of their property.
<br />Garbage, Earl Spangler and Gary P. Bratiet, of the University Grove East
<br />University Association, asked to be heard regarding collection of garbage by
<br />Grove the University of Minnesota in University Grove. They said the garbage
<br /> was not picked up as scheduled, resulting in an accumulation and
<br /> attracting flies. After discussion, it was agreed to refer the matter
<br /> to Sanitary Commissioner Lindig, who was directed to write a letter
<br /> to Mr. Frank Pearoe, Direotor of Housing, University of Minnesota,
<br /> Minneapolis, requesting that garbage collections be made as scheduled.
<br />Recess Meeting recessed at 8:00 P.M. and reconvened at 8:30 P.M.

<br /> appeared before the Council in eonneotion with having weeds cut in

<br /> Poatema to see what is being done regarding cutting of weeds in other
<br /> parts of the Yillage. Lindig will arrange to hnve weeds cut on the
<br /> lots on Snelling Driverowned by the Yillage a~ used for drainage
<br /> purposes.
