(~ 8 <br />I <br />Cigarette and Applications to sell cigarettes at retail and for off-sale <br />Off-sale licenses were presented from each of the following: <br />applications <br />National Tea Company, <br />i~.C. Berntson, <br />Hildmans Food Market <br />Moved by Hen ry, seconded by Lindig, that~said applications be <br />aphrove~. Carried unanimously. // <br />Insurance policy will expiry on July 1, 1951, anti premium for renewal totals <br />#470-05425, X165.71, according to letter of June 15 from Mr. Torgerson <br />covering 1947 of the ~dercury Insurance Company. Rekstad moved that said <br />~Nard LaFranca policy with the Mercury Insurance Company be renewed and that <br />fire engine. yearly pren~uum of $165.71 be paid. Lindig seconded and motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />Root Beer Rekstad reported on contacting the state Health Department <br />Stand. regarding sanitary matters connected with operating the <br />root beer .stand at Snelling and Larpenteur. <br />Pure Oil Service Request from the Pure Oil Service for a permit to build an <br />Co. addition addition to their Service Station at Arond and Larpenteur, <br />was considered. Rekstad moved that permit be issued as per <br />proposed plan dated April 20, 1951, sub~eot to n ventilating <br />system in the lavatories. Seconded by Lindig and carried. <br />IIniveraity On motion by Henry, seconded by Stewart, it was voted unanimously <br />Lease to pay the yearly rental due July 1, 1951, under the IIniversity <br />lease agreement covering the land on v~ ich the Pillage Hall <br />and Fire Station building is located. <br />Trash owns. Letter from the Falcon Heights Commercial Club re the Yilla ge <br />Parking plan. providing trash cans in the business area, also as to the <br />business area. proposed parking plan for area at Larpenteur and Snelling. <br />Adjournment: On motion, the meeting ad3ourned at 10:15 P.M. <br />dpproved: rk <br />i i <br />Mayor <br />C~ <br />I <br />
