Henry, Mayor <br />'George J. 5havor, Trustee <br />Arthur A. Lindig, " <br />Clarence Rekstad, " <br />Clyde J . Stev~art, Cle rk <br />Ralph Van Hoven, Treasurer <br />Frank N. Graham, Attorney <br />The hearing was declared opened at 8:00 P.M. It was then stated that <br />notice of the hearing had been published in The Rose Tribune, day 31, 1951, and <br />that affidavit of publication had been furnished, also that copies of the notico <br />and copies of the petition were posted at the three posting places in the Yilinge <br />as required by statute, and that there is on file the affidavit of the village <br />clerk as to posting, so the hearing is properly called on petition of Robert John <br />Salmon and othe rs to vacate alleys in Northome 2nd Addition, described in plat <br />bounded by Snelling Avenue, Idaho Avenue, Arona Avenue and Hoyt Avenue with ease- <br />ment reserved. <br /> <br />The Mayor ask ad if anyone wished to be heard on <br />appeared. Thereupon a motion was made by Henry, seconded <br />by unanimous vote, adopting the following resolution - <br />the petition. No one <br />by Lindig, and carried <br />
