X1.8 <br />Illuminated R. C. McCollum, 1438 ~Il. Iowa, presented a sample of illuminated <br />house house numbers and asked the Council to approve the installation <br />numbers of these in homes. Mr. McCollum was advised this was a private <br />matter on Which the Counoil could take no action. <br />Street lights, Matter of installing street lights in Hollywood Court and on <br />Hollywood Court Tatus Street was discussed with respect to xhere it is desired <br />and Tatum to looate the lights. <br />5-car garage, In connection x ith application fbr permit to build a second 5-car <br />Stepnitz garage on the Stepnitz property described in Ordinance No. 11, <br />property passed November 30, 1950, Shaver moved permission be given the <br />Building Inspector to issue said permit. After <br /> discussion, it xas voted unanimously, on motion by Shaver, seconded <br /> by Stewart, to adopt the following resolutf on: <br />Resolution - RESOLVED, that the Rules end Regulations Por plattf ng in Village <br /> of Falcon Heights, presented at the meet in g, be and they hereby <br /> are approved and adopted as the official rules and regulations for <br /> the Falcon Heights Planning Commission, and that copy of the <br /> regulations be placed in the minute book. <br />State Fair Attorney Graham reported meeting with Mr. Baldwin, Secretary of <br />matters, the State Fair Board, at request of the Attorney General's office, <br /> especially as to "On Sale" licensing. <br />May tax Treasurer Van Hover reported recei pt of tact settlement for period <br />settlement March 1, 1951 to May 31, 1951, in the amount of X22,373.26. <br />Payment - The Treasurer also presented statements f rom the First National Bank <br />Village call of St Paul, covering following amounts due and payable Sept. 1, 1951: <br />& Firex Station <br />bonds & Fire 1.60 Village Hall 8c Fire Station Honds, principal, interest and <br />Equipment bonds. bank service charge, $4,326.20 <br /> 1.60 Fire Equigment Bonds, principal, interest and bank <br /> service charge, X1,041.40. <br /> Henry moved payment of said amounts.
