Plat - Juhl's Rose- Mr. Juhl appeared before the Council to request approval of lawn Addition No. 3 the plat of Juhls Roselawn Addition No. 3. His letter of approved. October 23, regarding deed restrictions, was read. After discussion, Stewart moved, seconded by Lindig, that the proposed plat of 3nh~'s Roselawn Addition No. 3 as modified by deed restrictions, as outlined in Mr. Juhl's letter of October 23, 1951, be deemed as substantially meeting require- ments of our platting regulations and that the plat be and it hereby is approved. Carried unanimously. Street Building Inspector Reichow asked that the matter of setting numbers up system for issuing street numbers to new buildings be referred to the Planning Commission.
