Henry moved granting <br />school of permit, seconded by Lindig, and carried unanimously. <br />Plat - Juhl's Rose- Mr. Juhl appeared before the Council to request approval of <br />lawn Addition No. 3 the plat of Juhls Roselawn Addition No. 3. His letter of <br />approved. October 23, regarding deed restrictions, was read. After <br /> discussion, Stewart moved, seconded by Lindig, that the <br /> proposed plat of 3nh~'s Roselawn Addition No. 3 as modified <br /> by deed restrictions, as outlined in Mr. Juhl's letter of <br /> October 23, 1951, be deemed as substantially meeting require- <br /> ments of our platting regulations and that the plat be and <br /> it hereby is approved. Carried unanimously. <br />Street Building Inspector Reichow asked that the matter of setting <br />numbers up system for issuing street numbers to new buildings be <br /> referred to the Planning Commission. <br />Final personal Statement co vexing proposed division of personal property <br />property settle- with the Pillage of Lauderdale, was presented. On motion <br />merit with Lauder- by Lindig, seconded by Henry, it was unanimously voted to <br />dale. pay Lauderdale 24.9 of 4406.94, total value, or $101.33 <br /> as final settlement. <br />Street lights, The Clerk said the Northeztn States Power Company had re- <br />Tatum and Hollywood parted they were unable to install street lights ordered <br />Court far Hollywood COUrt and on Tatum, account no areas-arms <br />available. <br />Post Office After discussion, Lindig moved that letters be written to <br />Mr. Thatcher, of the Farmers IIni®n Grain Termi~l Associatimn; <br />to Congressman Eugene McCarthy, and to Postmaster Pan Dyke, <br />thanking them for their support in connection with locating <br />s branch post office in Falcon Heights.
