<br />Meeting called to order at 7:35 P.M. and minutes of October 23, 1951,
<br />meeting heard and approved as read.
<br />Snow fence. Lindig reported that two rolls of snow fence had been loaned early
<br />loaned this month to Don Nelson, of Hollywood Court.
<br />Dry Copy of Attorney Graham's letter of Novednber 8, 1951, to Douglas
<br />Cleaners Rees as to requesting the County Surveyor to check alley situation
<br />and make recommendations and estimates was read and discussed.
<br />University Attorney Graham reported further on proposed arrangements for enforc-
<br />Farm School ing traffic regulations on the University Farm Campus and for holding
<br />parking Justice of the Peace Court at the Village Hall once a month to hear
<br />such caeca.

<br />Road speci- In connection with streets to be accepted by the Village for maintenance;
<br />fications Shavor moved that in order to standardize our minimum road specification
<br />requirements in new developments, that the Planning Commission be re-
<br />quested to pr spare and recommend a set of specifications to be used for
<br />such purposes, including a standard for type: and spacing of boulevard
<br />trees. Seconded by Henry and carried by a unanimous vote.
