<br />Milk Pending Attorney Graham's letter of January 3, advising that the
<br />Machines milk vending machine installed at the Falcon Oil Company
<br />station has been licensed by the State.

<br />Justice of the Rekstad moved that the Mayor be authorized t o approve the
<br />Peace bond X500.00 bond submitted for Donald E. Nelson, newly elected
<br />Justice of the Peace, and that the Yillage pay the premium
<br />on the bond amounting to $9.25 for two yee~rs beginning
<br />January 2, 1952. Seconded by Lindig and carried unanimously.
<br />Village property In connection with proposed dry well on Village property
<br />dry well near Snelling drive and Hoyt, Rekstad reported being unable
<br />to secure estimate due to contractor out of town.
<br />Shaw-Walker filing The clerk reported on allowances offered by office equipment
<br />case companies for large oak desk with typewriter pull-out which
<br />it was proposed to trade in for a 4-drawer legal size filing
<br />case needed by the Clerk. Rekstad moved authorizing the
<br />cle ~ to trade in the desk on a new Shaw Walker legal size
<br />filing case with 4 drawers at a price of $83.00 with trade-in
<br />allowam a of $30.00 offered by McClain & Redman. Lindig
<br />seoond ed and motion carried unanimously.
