~~s <br />Building Rekstad moved appointment of Dwight Reichow as Village <br />Inspector building inspector for 1952, Lindig seconded, motion <br />carried unanimously, and Reichow declared duly appointed <br />to office. <br />Ffre Department Rekstad moved that the Fire Departanent committee for 1952 <br />committee consist of the following appointees: <br />Andrew Hustrulid, Chairman <br />Gordon Nelson <br />Clyde Stewart <br />Seconded by Lindig, motion carried unanimously and said <br />appointees declared duly appointed to office. <br />Public Safety Rekstad moved limiting membership on the Public Safety <br />Committee committee to two members, consisting of Donald Arndt, <br />Chairman, and G. I. Lodahl. Seconded by Shavor, motion <br />carried unanimously, and Arndt and Lodahl declared duly <br />appointed to office. <br />Planning In connection with vacancy on the Planning Commission <br />Commission occurring as of December 31, 1951, Henry moved that J. A. <br />Appointment Gallaher be appointed as a member of the Falcon Heights <br />Planning Commission for a term of three years, commencing <br />January 1, 1952. Seconded by Shavor, carried by Hnanimous <br />vote and Gallaher declared duly appointed to office. <br />Legislative On motion by Shavor, seconded by Lindig, and carried <br />Committee unanimously, the following were duly appointed legislative <br />committee members for 1952.- <br />Lynn Matteson <br />H. L . Henry <br />George J. Shavor <br />1~illiam Torgerson <br />George Nelson <br />Health Rekstad moved appointment of Trustee Lindig as Village <br />Officer Health Officer. Seconded by Henry, carried unanimously, <br />and Lindig declared duly appointed to office. <br />Salaries After discussion, Lindig moved that monthly salaries of <br />Village officers for the year 1952 be set in amounts as <br />follows: Mayor, X50.00; Trustees, each X35.00; Clerk, <br />X100.00; and Treasurer, X40.00. Seconded by Shavor and <br />motion carried unanimously. <br />Council Mayor Henry then made the following council assignments, <br />Assignments stating that he would assume public safety and public <br />works assignments and fit in generally wherever necessary - <br />H~B~tg end~LShtaitation -Lindig <br />Parks and Playgrounds -Rekstad <br />Planning and Finance - Shavor <br />Fire Department & Purchasing - Stewart <br />1 <br />1 <br />I <br />
