X54 <br />1-fter further discussion, and in accordance with the <br />recommendation of Mr. Loeks and the Falcon Heights Planning Commission, <br />Henry moved that the petition of Falcon Development Corporation, Douglas <br />Rees, Agnes Heber and Nicholas G. Weber, dated November 30, 1951 ,. for the <br />establishment of a building line within the block from Crawfo rd Street to <br />Larpenteur Avenue on the east side of Snelling Avenue, be and .hereby is <br />denied. Seconded by Lindig and the following vote recorded: <br />Ayes: Henry <br />Shavor <br />L indi g <br />St ewar t <br />Nay: Rekstad <br />petition denied. <br />The Mayor then declared the motion carried and said <br />The Council requested the Mayor to contact the Planning <br />Commission and Village Attorney with respect to drawing up a proposed ordinance <br />covering setback requirements on commercial structures at all intersections. <br />On motion, the meeting ad3ourned at 9:30 P.M. <br />Approved: <br />~_ <br />rk <br />Mayor <br />REGULAR MEETING, TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 12, 1952 <br />Present: H.
