<br />Peace Offioers Attorney Graham's latter of January 28, 1952, stating
<br />• that Section 412.101 of Minnesota statutes provides that
<br />the Mayor and other members of the Council are peace
<br />officers.
<br />Dry wells Rekstad present ed an agreement dated February 11, 1952,
<br />signed by Harold Woller, providing for construction of
<br />two dry wells on village property at Snelling and Idaho
<br />for X325.00, the work to be completed by March 15, 1952,
<br />and the wells to be loc ated 30 feet apart from center to
<br />center.
<br />Constable Letter of February 1, 1952, from Attorney Graham, quoting
<br />Barthel statute in connection with Constable Barthel's request for
<br />badge, etc. After discussion, the clerk was directed to
<br />furnish Barthel with an official card.
