Otis <br />Village Financial The clerk roported that in contacting the Rose Tribune for <br />Statement final proof on the Pillage financial statement, that he <br />was informed delay had occurred due t o Linotype trouble. <br />Alleys Commissioner Seaborn submitted two agreements by property <br />owners with respect to i~mpProvement of allays between Iowa <br />and Idaho from Hamline,e~! Albert, and between Pascal and <br />Around, Hoyt to Iowa.
