~V~ <br />Recess No one else wishing to b e heard, the meeting was then recessed <br />at 8:50 P.M. <br />Reconvene Meeting reconvened at 9:30 P.M. <br />Dry well As to dry wells on Village property; Rekstad stated that the <br />on Village Contractor had started work on one of the wells and that he had <br />property gone down 16 feet and was still in sand. After di soussion, <br />it was proposed that the contraotor limit the work to one well, <br />digging it to a depth satisfactory to the building inspector. <br />Storm water, Seaborn reported on storm water and culvert trouble at Ruggles <br />Ru~~les & and Simpson. After discussion, Henry moved that Commissioner <br />Simpson Seaborn be authorized to have the County install a catch basin <br />at Ruggles and Simpson if necessary to control storm water. <br />Lindig seconded and motion carried unanimously. <br />Alley behind Lindig reported th at Attorney John Bouthilet, representing Douglas <br />Rees property Rees, had called on him March 6, 1952, as to proposal for surfaoing <br />the alley behind the Rees property and installing a catch basin, <br />if the Pillage agrees to bear part of the cost. <br />Adjournment: On motion, the meeting adjourned at 10:40 P.M. <br />Approved: k <br />Mayor <br />REGULAR MEETING, WEDNESDAY, MARCH 12, 1952 <br />Present: H.
