<br />On motion of Lindig, seoonded by Shavor, and unanimously carried,
<br />the following resolution was adopted:
<br />Resolution - WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the alley between
<br />Calif-Larpen- California and Larpenteur avenues running from the west '
<br />teur alley #2 line of Albert Avenue to the east line of Pascal avenue by
<br />grading and surfacing, as recommended by the engineer for
<br />the village, and to assess the abutting property for the cost
<br />of the improvement, pursuant to Secs. 412.401 to 412.481 of the
<br />Minnesota Statutes.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
<br />VILLAGE OF FALCON HEIGHTS, MINNESOTA, that a public hearing
<br />be held by the council on this proposed improvement in the
<br />council chambers in the Village Hall at 1644 West Larpenteur
<br />Avenu®, in said village, on Tuesday, the 13th day of May, 1952,
<br />at 8:30 o'clock P.M., and that the clerk prepare and publish
<br />two weeks' notice of such hearing as required by law.
