<br />Resolution ~IHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the alley between
<br />(alley) Hoyt and Iowa avenues running from the west line of Pascal
<br />Hoyt-Iowa avenue= to the east line of Arona avenue by grading and surfacing,
<br />as recommended by the engineer for the village, and to assess the
<br />abutting property Por the cost of the improvement, pursuant to
<br />Secs. 412.401 to 412.481 of the Minnesota Statutes.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
<br />VILLAGE OF FALCON HEIGHTS, MINNESOTA, that a public hearing
<br />be held by the council on this proposed improvement in the
<br />counoil chambers in the Village Hall at 1644 West Larpenteur
<br />avenue, in said village, on Tuesday, the 13th day of Flay, 1952,
<br />at~ 8:30 o'clock P.M., and that the Clerk prepare and publish
<br />two-weeks' notice of such hearing as required by law.
<br />On motion of Lindig, seconded by Shavor, and unanimously carried,
<br />the following resolution was adopted:

<br />and surfacing, as recommended by the engineer for the

<br />of the improvement, pursuant to Seos. 412.401 to 412.481
<br />of the Minnesota Statutes.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
