<br />Dry Cleaners At 8:20 P.M., representatives of the Falcon Dry Cleaners appeared
<br />before the council, including Mr. P. Haspel and his attorney,
<br />Joseph L. Bard. On request of Attorney Bard, mr. C. E. Parriott,
<br />of the Acme Heating Sheet Metal 8c Roofing Company, 924 Raymond,
<br />St Paul, and mr. Carlson, of U.S. Hoffman machine Corporation,
<br />furnished details on a proposed lint catcher to be installed on
<br />a build ing ~fl tvh~cFia~.ldnl3~n~-rheurr~ng machines of the Dry Cleaners
<br />are located. Messrs. Stenberg, Grant and Spindler, residents
<br />on Crawford, also were present and took part in the discussion.
<br />The Falcon Dry Cleaners were informed that a building permit would
<br />be ,required to cover the lint catcher installation.
<br />Barthel Villas Don Rues, 1873 N. Pascal, and Ed Eicher, 1818 N. Pascal, inquired
<br />as to what the Village intends to do regarding drainage of lots
<br />in Barthel Villas. They were informed that this question had
<br />been previously discussed with Mrs. Barthel with advice that
<br />she and other property osmers concerned try to interest a developer
<br />in providing proper drainage faciliti es. Messrs. Rues and Eicher
<br />also inquired regarding the sidewalk question north of Larpenteur.
