29 Alley Messrs. Spindler, Stenberg and Grant inquired relative to the alley from Snelling to Arona between Crawford and Larpenteur, requesting that the grade be lowered to better conform to the level of thei r lots for drainage reasons. Shavor moved that the matter of improving said alley, as well as the proposed grading of the north-south "T" alley, be referred to the Street Commissioner for checking and report to the council with recommendation. Seconded by Lindig and carried unanimously. Alleys On motion by Henry, seconded by Lindig, it was voted to refer to the Village Attorney letter dated July 16, 1952 from Attorney Bouthilet, representating Douglas Rees, also County Surveyor's letter of July 22, 1952, re grading and surfacing of a portion of alley in Kellers Rearrangement of Block 10, Falcon Heights addition, together with copy of letter of November 9, 1951, from County Surveyor with recommendation and estimates for improvements to alley between Larpenteur and Crawford.
