<br />Meeting Lindig•moved that the regular meeting of the Council scheduled
<br />postponed Por Tuesday, December 23, 1952, be postponed until Tuesday,
<br />December 30, 1952, beginning at ?: 30 P.M. Seconded by Henry and
<br />so ordered.
<br />7-alley After discussion, the following resolution was moved by Henry,
<br />improvement seconded by Shavor, and adopted by a unanimous vote:

<br />WHEREAS, the Pillage Clerk end M. W. Carley, Village Engineer
<br />Resolution for the pro3ect, have prepared a proposed estimate of coats
<br />of the 7-alley improvement; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed
<br />estimate has been completed and filed at his home (1432 California
<br />Avenue lpest) for public inspection -
<br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF FALCON HEIGHTS,
<br />MINNESOTA:
<br />1. A hearing shall be held on the 27th day of January,
<br />1953, in tho Village Hall, 1644 Larpenteur Avenue Hest, at 8:00 P.M.,
<br />to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and plane
<br />all persons owning property affected by suoh improvement will be
<br />given an opportunity to be heard with reference to suoh assessment.
<br />2. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice
<br />of the hearing on the proposed assessment to be published once in
<br />the official paper at least thirty days prior to the hearing, and
<br />he shall state in the notice the total cost of the improvement.

<br />of the application as of December 5, 1952 sad for the period
<br />ending December 31, 1952. Henry seconded and motion carried
<br />unanimously.
<br />Ordinance No. 19 After disoussion, Lindig moved adoption of Ordinance No. 19,
<br />adopted. AN ORDINA1fCE ESfiABLISHING A BOARD OF HEALTH, PROVIDING FOR THE
<br />APPOINTMENT OF A HEALTH OFFICER, DEFINING THE POWERS AND DUTIES
<br />THEREOF, AND PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION OF THE LAWFQL
<br />ORDERS OF SAID BOARD OF HEALTH. Rekstad seconded and the
