Seconded by Stewart and the following vote <br />taken and recorded: <br />Ayes: Henry, Shavor, Lindig, Stewart <br />Not voting: Rekstad <br />The Mayor than declared Ordinance No. 20 duly adopted by a <br />4~5 voto and directed publication of acme. °$ <br />Flood skating After discussion, Stewart moved that the Fire Department be <br />rinks- requested to furnish one engine and one fireman to help flood <br />the Village skating rinks for the initial flooding of same at <br />such time as Trustee Rekstad deems necessary. Seconded by <br />Henry and-ao ordered. <br />i <br />Fund transfer Treasurer Van Hoven reported that before a special asseasmemta <br />fumd was set up last summer, six miscellaneous diabursemente <br />wars paid out of the general fund, four of vk:ich pertained to <br />the Larpenteur avenue curbing pro~eot, and two relating to the <br />seven-alley improvement pro~eot. Mr. Mar3amaa, of the Minnesota <br />Public Examia8e!~a office, Vas Howen avid, recommends that the <br />general Hind now be repaid Prom the spacial assessments fund ao <br />that the said sped sl assessments Fund will reflect the true <br />total of expenses relating to these two pro~eots. <br />Motion Henry then moved that the sum of X117.56 be transferred from <br />the genea~el fund to the special assessments fund in order that <br />there gill be money available in the apecsial assessments fund <br />to cover these expenditures. Lindig seconded and motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />Fund transfer Relative to checks No. 1449, X11.40; No. 1471, X4.80; No. 1510, <br />X3.40 and No. 1528, X50.00, all for the Larpenteur avenue curb- <br />. ing pro~eot, end relative to checks No. 1509, X22.96 and No. 1528, <br />X25.00, for the seven-alley improvement project, Henry moved, <br />seconded by Lindig, that a total of X117.56 be repaid to the <br />Motion general flxnd with the di sburaement being charged to the special <br />assessments fund.
