`.~ , <br />~~5~ <br />1 <br />1 <br />Larpenteur Ave. On motion•by Henry, seconded by Lindig, the Clerk was directed <br />curbing impvt. to certify to the County Auditor the unpaid assessments for <br />certified. the Larpenteur Avenue curbing pro~eot. <br />1953 Budget Treasurer Van Hoven reported completion of .the 1953 budget <br />estimate and presented copies to members of the Council. <br />Council Mayor Henry then made the following Council assig~ents, <br />Assignments stating he would assume public safety and publio works <br />assignments: <br />Health and Sanitation -Lindig <br />Par a~~~~i~~'~~~$'~~it~s~'$dahl <br />Pla~ng n Hance - havor <br />Firo Department and Purchasing - Stewart <br />Village Financial In connection with preparation of the Village financial state- <br />statement meat far 1952 in such Porm as prescribed by the Public <br />&aaminer, Henry moved that the Clerk be authorized to arran gs <br />for assistance on the same basis as last year and For <br />publishing the 1952 statement in the Rose Tribune. seoonded <br />by Shavor and motion carried. <br />County The Clerk reported that Falcon Heights' share of the 1953 <br />Road County Road and Bridge fund as apportioned is $2,199.82. <br />fund <br />Clerk's Henry moved that the Clerk's bond be set in the amount of <br />Bond X500.00, and that the bond be secured at such premium saving <br />as could be had on a two-year basis, commencing January 1, <br />1953. Seconded by Lindig and so ordered. <br />J. P.'s Lindig moved that surety bond for the Justice of the Peace <br />Bond be set in the amount of #500.00 and that said bond be <br />secured-for a two-year period, beginning January 1, 1953. <br />Henry seconded and motion carried. <br />Adjournment: On motion, the meeting ad3ourned at 11:35 P.M. <br />~.:Q..., ~. ~. e <br />k <br />1 <br />Approved: <br />Mayor <br />
