Such assessment shall be payable in equal annual installments <br />extending over a period of fi ve (5) years, the first of the <br />installments to be payable on or before the first l[oixiay in <br />January, 1954. Any deferred installments shall bear interest <br />at the rate of five (5) per cent per annum Prom the date of <br />the adoption of this assessment resolution. To the fir at <br />installment shall be added interest on the entire assessment <br />Prom the date of the resolution levying the assessment until <br />August 15, 1954. To eaoh subsequent installment when due shall <br />be added interest for one year on all unpaid installments. <br />3. The owner of any property so assessed may, at any time prior <br />to certifioation of the assessment to the oounty auditor as <br />herein provided, pay the whole of the assessment against any <br />parcel or any annual installment with~~nterest to the Village <br />Treasurer and he may, at any time thereafter, make such payment <br />with accrued interest to the county treasurer. <br />
