Defective Letter of September 30, 1953, from Fire Chiefs Swanson, fire hose advising that the outer packet of one length of the new fire hose purchased recently, burst at a pressure of 325 lbs. when given the regular test at drill Sept.29, 1953• After discussion, Shavor moved that the Clerk be authorized . to return the defective length of hose to the manufacturer's representative for replacement. Lindig seconded and motion carried unanimously.
