Douglas Rees to see if he would take <br />care of this repair Sob at the price quoted. <br />fllacktopping After discussion, Shavor moved that the Street Commissioner <br />driveways be instructed not to authorize any blacktopping of private <br />discontinued driveways between the street line and the owner's property <br /> linen Seconded by Lodahl and so ordered. Henry not voting. <br />Defective Letter of September 30, 1953, from Fire Chiefs Swanson, <br />fire hose advising that the outer packet of one length of the <br /> new fire hose purchased recently, burst at a pressure of <br /> 325 lbs. when given the regular test at drill Sept.29, 1953• <br /> After discussion, Shavor moved that the Clerk be authorized <br />. to return the defective length of hose to the manufacturer's <br /> representative for replacement.
