Roll call was then taken, recording all <br />council members present, including Robert E. Stenzinger, Mayor; Trustees, George <br />J. Shavor, Andrew Hustrulid, and David P. Cartwright, and Clerk, Clyde J. Stewart. <br />Also present were William E. Olsen, Treasurer, and Village Attorney, Frank N. <br />Graham. <br />Minutes of December 22, 1953, were heard and with reference to 'Lindig's permit' <br />page l~31, statement with regard to property zoned commercial was corrected to <br />read zoned "farm residence." The minutes were then approved as corrected. <br />Summons re In connection with the summons dated December 2lt, 1963, <br />registering naming the Village of Falcon Heights a defendant in the <br />title Maple matter of application of Cetem Realty Corporation to <br />Knoll Addn. register title to Clapp-Thomsen "P~iaple Knoll°t addition <br /> Attorney Graham's letter of January 11, 195l~, was <br /> summarized, the attorney reporting that since the Village <br /> has no interest in the property he would not advise putting <br /> in an ansvrer to the summons, and that while he knew of no <br /> special assessments against the property that the clerk <br /> could determine this. Cartwright moved approval of the <br /> attorney's recommendation subject to check by the clerk of <br /> any special assessments against the property. Hustrulid <br /> seconded and motion carried unanimously. <br />Doan spout Letter from the ~Pd,F. 5tepnitz Agency, by Don Julen, <br />water, Natl. relative to water from the down spout at the northeast <br />Tea Store corner of the National Tea Store running into the alley. <br />Shavor moved that the Stepnitz Agency be asked to connect <br />the downspout to the underground drain as early in the <br />spring as possible, Seconded by Cartwright and so ordered. <br />(Don Julen being present, the clerk filed the request with him.} <br />
