Bishop, President <br /> of the Falcon Heights Businessmen's Association, informed him <br /> that the proposal is favored by the Association and that they <br /> are acting on the matter. <br />Requisition No. 23 Requisition rTo. 23, covering supplies needed by the Fire <br /> Department, was considered. Hustrulid moved approval of <br /> said requisition with the understanding that such items <br /> as light bulbs and electric lantern batter6~PSbe purchased <br /> from the General Electric Supply Co. in order to obtain <br /> 30~ dis~.ount allowed by our contract with said firm. <br /> Seconded by Cartwright and so ordered. <br />J.P. report of Report of Justice of the Peace Lloyd Riley, covering fines <br />traffic violations and costs for traffic violations thru January 11, 195, <br /> totaling X101.00, was noted by the council. <br />Certificates of In connection with certificates of indebtedness in the <br />Indebtedness securing amount of $20,000.00 on deposit as security for Village <br />Village funds in funds in the Falcon Heights State Bank, the treasurer read <br />bank exchanged for copy of his letter of February 2, 195It, authorizing the <br />U.S. Treasury First National Bank of St Paul to exchange said certificates <br />certificates due February 15, 195t~, for a like amount of D.S, Treasury <br /> Certificates at 2~~, due November 15, 1961, or equivalent. <br /> Cartwright moved. approval o.f the Treasurer's handling of the <br /> matter as of February 2, 195. Seconded by Stenzinger and <br /> carried unanimously. <br />Bond interest ~ The treasurer then presented bond a~ interest and service <br />service charges charges due the First National Bank of Saint Paul on March 1, <br />due 1st Nail 195, on issue for Village Hall and Fire Station in the <br />Bank of St Paul amount of X225.00 and for Fire Eouipment bonds totaling <br /> 417.00. Hustrulid moved that payment be authorized.
